At Repile Harbour, we prioritize the safe and efficient delivery of your new exotic companions. Below are the details regarding our shipping rates, schedules, and policies to ensure you are prepared for your order’s arrival.
Flat-Rate Overnight Shipping
- Cost: All reptiles, amphibians, tarantulas, and scorpions ship for a flat $54.99.
- Unlimited Items: This rate remains the same regardless of the quantity, weight, or species of animals in your order.
- Speed: All live animal orders are sent via overnight delivery directly to your doorstep.
Shipping Schedule & Tracking
We ship orders Monday through Thursday based on the day your order is placed:

- Tracking: We will email you a tracking number on the evening your order ships, typically by 8pm EST.
- Safe Packaging: Every order is packaged securely by experts with years of experience in handling exotic species.
Delivery Requirements & Restrictions
- Signature Required: All live animal deliveries require a signature at the destination address.
- Hold for Pickup: If you cannot be home to sign, you may opt to have the package held at your local FedEx, UPS, or USPS facility for direct pickup.
- No P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver live animals to P.O. boxes; these are only available for feeder insect orders.
- No Future Holds: To ensure the health of our animals, we ship according to our schedule and cannot hold orders for future delivery dates.
- Holiday Closures: There are no deliveries on major U.S. holidays.
Service Area & Wildlife Laws
- Domestic Only: Reptile Harbour ships to every U.S. state except Hawaii.
- No International Shipping: We do not ship to Canada or any other country outside the USA.
- Legal Compliance: We strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local wildlife laws. We will never knowingly ship an animal in violation of these regulations, so please research your local laws before ordering.
Cancellations & Inventory
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order easily prior to processing on the day of shipment. After this point, orders cannot be canceled and refunds will not be issued.
- Stock Levels: We strive to keep our inventory updated. If we receive multiple orders for the same animal and cannot fulfill yours, we will notify you immediately.
