Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, French Guiana, Peru, Suriname, and maybe Colombia are home to the Surinam golden-eyed tree frog (Trachycephalus coriaceus), a species of frog in the Hylidae family. Tropical or subtropical wet lowland forests are its natural habitat. The loss of its habitat poses a hazard.
